Job Description
Our collaborator is a boutique advisory firm based in Mallorca, Spain, specializing in comprehensive M&A exit assistance from start to finish. Their services are designed to streamline the entire process, from identifying the right investment partners to ensuring a smooth due diligence process, all in an efficient and timely manner.
They focus on enhancing the financial and strategic functions of small to mid-sized businesses, providing expert guidance to optimize performance and maximize exit value. The team is dedicated to supporting clients throughout the negotiation and closing phases, delivering a seamless experience even in the most demanding situations.
They are committed to helping their clients successfully navigate the complexities of M&A transactions with tailored financial strategies and expert advice, enabling them to achieve their long-term goals with confidence.
Tasks
They are seeking a motivated executive assistant to join their dynamic firm. As an intern assistant, you will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm and assist in coordinating various aspects of their M&A transactions & Consultancy Services. Main tasks include:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing communications.
- Support the preparation and organization of documents for M&A transactions & Consultancy Services, including due diligence, client presentations, and reports.
- Help maintain client files and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in market research and analysis to support client projects and business development efforts.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the firm.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Able to provide a training agreement from your educational institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with Canva, Trello and similar apps.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Conditions
- Monthly stipend of 300-350 euros.
