Internship Position: Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and driven Management Intern for our Fuerteventura office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Task Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans.
  • Support senior management with project coordination and meeting preparation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
