About the Role

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will nurture the development of our students, supporting their academic and personal growth. The role involves working closely with educators to deliver lesson plans and facilitate classroom instruction in alignment with the school's educational philosophy and standards.

Your Tasks will include:

- Supporting the teacher in planning and preparing learning activities
- Assisting students in their day-to-day learning and development
- Tracking and evaluating student progress and providing feedback to the teacher

- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

Job Requirements:

- A recognized teaching assistant qualification
- Experience in education or a similar role
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students
