Job Description

Our collaborator is a charming and vibrant seaside restaurant located in the beautiful port of Addaia, Menorca. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, they offer an authentic gastronomic experience to both tourists and locals alike. Tasks

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of the kitchen team

• Ensure food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained

• Support with stock control and daily kitchen operations

• Learn about ingredient handling, Mediterranean cuisine, and plating techniques

 

• Help in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries

Requirements

• Culinary studies or related background

• Advanced level of English (B2 or higher)

• Motivation to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Team spirit and willingness to learn

 

• Spanish is not required; French or German are a plus

• €500/month

Availability and hours

• Full-time: 35–40 hours/week

• Dates: April 3rd – June 3rd
