Job Description

Our collaborator is an international start-up speacilising in the consumer goods sector that has developed a new collaborative community model by connecting consumers, brands and retailers.

They are currently looking for a student to help manage their product review programme.

Tasks

  • Responding to user queries and complaints using a customer service management tool
  • Weekly reporting of complaints
  • Validating user-generated content
  • Planning and creation of content on social networks: Facebook, Instagram and the news feed
  • Management and moderation of comments, active monitoring of the various social networks
  • Participating in the drafting of mailings and newsletters
  • Monthly reporting with performance indicators
  • Monitoring and responding to comments on the mobile application (App Store & Google Play)
  • Managing and monitoring round tables and other one-off events

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Bilingual and/or native French (part of the interview will be in French)
  • Excellent writing and spelling in French (there will be a written test)
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Availability for a 6-month placement
  • Agreement with a university or training centre

Additional requirements:

  • Studies in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, International Business or similar
  • Proactive, organised, dynamic, empathetic, autonomous, responsible and customer-oriented
  • Good analytical skills, sense of initiative and ability to put forward proposals

Preferable:

  • Proficiency in the Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Canva, Trello and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of social networks and customer relations
  • Good level of English

Conditions

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.
  • Opening hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 / Friday, 9:00 to 14:30.
  • In August, we have a summer schedule: from 9:00 to 15:00.
