Tasks
- Assisting the manager.
- Customer service.
- Organising/supervising events.
- Budgeting for events.
- In-house follow-up of the events, coordination with the rest of the departments.
- Keep updated the planning tables of events.
- Public Relations tasks.
- If there is insufficient event preparation or organisational work at any time, you will be asked to assist with reception and reservations. Please note that in June, July and August there are typically no events to manage.
Requirements
- Studies in Events, Public Relations or Tourism.
- Good English and Spanish.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Minimum 3 months.
- Friendly.
- Polite.
- Emphatic.

- 300€ gross/month.
