Job Description
Our collaborator is a cultural and educational organization dedicated to promoting creative and educational workshops across various civic centers. They work with a wide network of trainers and instructors, coordinating activities that foster learning, creativity, and community engagement. The organization operates within a dynamic digital environment and is committed to improving internal systems, communication processes, and promotional strategies.
Tasks
Cultural & Staff Management:

Search for trainers for workshops and assign them to different civic centers.

Coordinate and communicate with trainers through the digital community.

Supervise the workshop schedule.

Monitor instructors’ attendance.

Collect and manage legal documentation for civic centers.

Edit and update the database of clients and trainers.
Marketing & Design:
-
Create content for promotional materials (catalogues, social media, website).

Create training content (AI tools optional).
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- Native or professional level of Spanish.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to schedule and consistent communication with the company.
Preferred qualifications:
- Basic web knowledge (WordPress).
- Experience with social media platforms (Meta: Facebook/Instagram).
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (highly valued).
- English and other languages are a plus.
- Organized and committed to schedules.
- Proactive attitude to suggest improvements in the company’s systems.

Availability and hours
- 200€ gross/month
- Start date: asap
- 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 100% remote
- Afternoon schedule (starting between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM Spanish time, to be defined).
