Job Description
Our collaborator is a high-quality villa rental agency located in Eivissa, Spain. They are working with high-class customers from all over the world, ensuring a satisfying experience when staying in Eivissa.
Within this placement, you will learn how to work in with high-end and demanding clients and gain experience in the Luxury Villa rental field.
Tasks
- Give back-office support to the Head of Concierge
- Assist clients during their stay
- Anticipate potential issues and solve them
- Contact the clients to offer them tips and suggestions on what to do during their holidays
- Create unique experiences for clients during their stay
- Update services and prices in our CRM system
- Attend our weekly meetings and report your results
Requirements
- Very high level of English spoken & written
- Minimum 5 months
- Sales and customer-oriented
- Results-driven
- Targets oriented
- Experience and/or studies in Tourism, Hospitality and/or Events Management
- Enjoy traveling
- Negotiating skills
- Creative
- Be extremely organized
- Good admin and people skills
- Great communication skills
- French or Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of Ibiza, Mallorca, and Marbella is a plus.
