Job Description

Our collaborator is a fast-growing technology startup transforming the hospitality sector. With innovative digital tools, they help restaurants optimize operations and improve customer experience. As they expand into the French market, they are seeking motivated talent to support their growth and success.

Tasks

  • Contact and qualify leads in the French market.

  • Deliver personalized product demos adapted to local needs.
  • Present the value proposition convincingly and close new clients.
  • Help localize sales materials (emails, scripts, landing pages).
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Guide restaurants through onboarding and training processes.
  • Train clients on software modules (POS, Waiter, Reservations, etc.).
  • Monitor usage, recommend best practices and prevent churn.
  • Turn successful clients into reviews and testimonials.
  • Research market trends and competitors in France.
  • Propose product improvements and support playbook development.

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level in French.
  • Commercial mindset with energy and persuasion skills.
  • Passion for technology and digital tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fast learner and autonomous.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or hospitality (a plus).
  • Knowledge of the French restaurant industry (a plus).
  • Interest in SaaS products (a plus).
