Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR operations within our vibrant team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting welcome sessions.
  • Conducting employee surveys and assisting in the analysis of feedback to improve workplace culture.
  • Participating in training and development programs, and helping to coordinate workshops and seminars.
  • Assisting in maintaining HR databases and employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Supporting payroll administration and benefits coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
