Job Duties:

  • Actively participating in team meetings to share best practices and continuous improvement ideas.
  • Assist in feedback collection efforts and driving customer retention strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve customer problems effectively is crucial.
