Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging German language lessons.

• Facilitate conversation practice and language immersion activities to enhance speaking skills.
• Help develop instructional materials and resources that cater to a variety of learning styles.
• Participate in cultural events and extracurricular activities to promote German culture.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
• Conduct administrative tasks including attendance tracking and classroom management.

Job and Personal Requirements:

• Fluent in German and proficient in English or Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring languages, preferably in a classroom setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• A passion for languages and cultural exchange, along with a patient, friendly demeanor.
• A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
