Job Description

As a customer service intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Assisting in the development of customer service protocols and training programs.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to foster innovation and enhance customer experience.
- Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to propose adjustments in service delivery.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our product suite to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Working on customer-centric projects under the guidance of senior customer service colleagues.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Be experienced in using MS Office Suite and customer service software.
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
