Job Title: Education / Teaching Assistant

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assisting with curriculum implementation.
- Facilitate small group sessions to reinforce learning objectives and provide individualized attention to students.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials, resources, and activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and classroom behavior, providing feedback to teachers on student performance and well-being.
- Help create a safe and supportive learning environment, addressing any emotional or academic challenges faced by students.
- Encourage student participation and foster a positive attitude towards learning through active engagement.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure alignment of educational strategies and school initiatives.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications in education, child development, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience working with children in educational settings is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in adapting to dynamic classroom environments and individual student needs.
