Job Description
We are currently searching for a proactive and enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the lead English teacher to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons.
- Assisting the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics.
- Providing support and guidance to students during collaborative learning activities.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the lead teacher.
- Engaging in all the aspects of the school's philosophy of teaching and learning in a supportive, multilingual environment.
Job requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a relevant field.
- Previous experience as an English Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- Fluency in English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to inspire and motivate students.
