Job Description

We are currently searching for a proactive and enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the lead English teacher to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons.
• Assisting the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics.
• Providing support and guidance to students during collaborative learning activities.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the lead teacher.
• Engaging in all the aspects of the school's philosophy of teaching and learning in a supportive, multilingual environment.

Job requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a relevant field.
• Previous experience as an English Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• Fluency in English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to inspire and motivate students.
