RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing responses to customer inquiries, complaints and reviews from potential and existing clients through different channels (web, email, phone, market places, social media)
Pre and post sales service, primarily for the German market but also supporting other English or Spanish speaking markets
Support in compiling and analyzing incoming requests to find strategies to improve customer Support and come up with new initiatives across different areas of the company
Support in creating documentation for distribution partners
Support in order management: preparation, shipping etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
The following proven Support is mandatory for the role:
German speaker
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
Social Media savvy
Support in a similar role / in a role facing the public directly
The capacity of working independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
They will also value positively:
Other languages are a strong plus, particularly Spanish
Experience in consumer goods/products
Experience with CRM tools
Experience in a start-up environment
LOCATION: Barcelona, Poblenou - 5min from the beach.
