Job Description
The selected individual will directly assist our team of experienced Wedding Planners in various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and staging weddings
- Coordinating with vendors, caterers, and venue managers
- Assisting the lead planner in managing the wedding day
- Maintaining detailed wedding documentation and checklists
- Conducting venue and vendor research and maintaining databases
- Participating in client meetings and handling follow-ups
Job Requirements
As an ideal candidate, you should be able to meet and exceed these requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends when necessary
- A valid driving license
