Job Description

The selected individual will directly assist our team of experienced Wedding Planners in various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in planning, organizing, and staging weddings
• Coordinating with vendors, caterers, and venue managers
• Assisting the lead planner in managing the wedding day
• Maintaining detailed wedding documentation and checklists
• Conducting venue and vendor research and maintaining databases
• Participating in client meetings and handling follow-ups

Job Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you should be able to meet and exceed these requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends when necessary
• A valid driving license
