Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct research on best practices in human resources management and assist in crafting reports and presentations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing communications and scheduling meetings.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required.
