Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process of new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and arranging training sessions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assist in analyzing the results.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes in employee status.
- Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
Personal Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
