Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process of new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and arranging training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assist in analyzing the results.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes in employee status.
  • Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
Personal Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
