Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education / Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Assisting teachers in lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Helping students understand curriculum content, both individually and in groups.
- Maintain regular communication with students' parents about their academic progress and behavior.
- Mentoring and aiding students to enhance their academic performance and social skills.
- Monitoring and recording the students’ progress and provide feedback.
- Adhering to school policies and code of conduct in ensuring a safe and conducive environment for students' growth and learning.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

- A degree in Education or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English and Spanish language, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to manage classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to undertake relevant training.
