Job Description:

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our school's commitment to delivering quality language education. You will work closely with the Lead Teacher, providing support in teaching English to a range of age levels. Abilities may range from beginners to advanced learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning lessons and delivering instructions.
- Help in preparing classroom materials and activities that aim to facilitate language learning.
- Engage in classroom discussions, promoting student’s active participation.
- Monitor student progression and facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions to provide additional help.
- Assist in the evaluation of students' performances and provide appropriate feedback.

Job Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in Education, Modern Languages, or English. TEFL/TESOL certificate is preferable.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to match varying learners’ abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
