Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff and enhance the learning experience of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting teachers in the planning and implementation of lessons.
• Supporting students individually and in small groups, providing tailored academic assistance.
• Preparing instructional materials and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Facilitating communication between students, parents, and staff.
• Participating in professional development and school meetings as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Passion for educating and supporting young learners.
