Personal Requirements
- Relevant degree or certification in education, child development, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy educational environment.
- Compassionate and patient attitude, with a strong desire to support student development.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a classroom setting or working with children is a plus.
