Vacancy for HR Intern
We are actively on a search for an energetic, passionate, and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic Porto office as a Human Resources Intern. You will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, apply learned theoretical knowledge, and contribute to the ongoing success of our globally recognized brand.
Job Description
You will be assigned to assist our HR specialists in their daily tasks, significantly contributing to recruitment, training and development, onboarding and offboarding processes, employees' performance evaluation, and HR administration and logistics. Moreover, you'll partake in creating and implementing HR policies while adhering to labor laws. From taking part in interviews and maintaining HR databases, to organizing team building activities, your role will be key in nurturing our company culture.
Requirements
- Working towards a degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
