Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful intern will be expected to:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Handle reservations, enquiries and cancellations via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Assist in managing guest bookings and ensure accurate and timely input of reservations into the system.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless and personalised guest experiences.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide information about our facilities, services and local area.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and reception area.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Portuguese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of IT proficiency.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
