Job Description

The Education / Teaching Assistant will work closely with our experienced teaching staff, providing invaluable support in and out of the classroom. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lesson plans
  • Helping to track student progress and assisting with feedback development
  • Conducting one-on-one and small group tutorial sessions
  • Assisting with classroom management and organization
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of educational trips and school events
  • Regular communication with parents and carers when necessary
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of students' records

Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about education and child development. The right candidate will:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (required)
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role (preferred)
  • Be proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Possess a thorough understanding of educational best practices and current pedagogical research
