Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated, passionate, and experienced teaching assistant to join our dynamic educational team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment and will directly support our teachers in carrying out their duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in developing lesson plans and materials
  • Support students in their academic and social development
  • Coordinate with staff and parents to ensure optimal student progress
  • Facilitate classroom activities and ensure safety and inclusivity
  • Evaluate and record student progress and intervention methods

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Education or relevant field
  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in an educational environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Understanding and acceptance of diverse cultures and learning abilities
