Internship Opportunity: Kitchen/Cook

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of a variety of dishes under the supervision of experienced chefs.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen.

• Learning to prepare a variety of Portuguese and international cuisines.
• Contributing to the creation of menu items and plate presentations.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a culinary arts degree or equivalent. Some professional kitchen experience would be beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and a desire to learn. They should also have a strong work ethic, ability to collaborate as part of a team, and thrive under pressure.

Personal Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is a plus.
