Job Description & Responsibilities

-Assist lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans
-Provide tutoring and academic support to students, individually or in groups
-Encourage active learning experiences in and outside the classroom
-Maintain student records and grading, aligning with school policies
-Facilitate communication between parents and lead teacher
-and participate in school meetings and training programs
-Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
-Certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent
-Proficient in English (C2 Level); additional languages will be an advantage
-Previous experience teaching English as a second language
-Understanding of curriculum standards and teaching methodologies
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
-Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure
