Job Description
As a reception/reservations intern, you will:
- Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations, appointments, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain our database system.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and provide progress reports.
Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated from Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
