Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced, dynamic multinational environment. The tasks include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls and inquiries and resolving customer complaints
• Assisting in managing customer accounts and processing orders
• Serving as a liaison between the customers and the company
• Providing feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
