Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team in Évora, Portugal. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in customer service and communication.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.

• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improving customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
