Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in innovative HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
- Participate in, and sometimes lead, HR projects such as benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement, and staff development.
- Assist in managing recruitment processes ensuring we attract, retain and develop top talent.
- Partake in streamlining HR administration processes like leave, attendance, and personnel records management.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior internship or working experience in HR would be considered an asset.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
