Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education / Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of instructional materials and lesson plans. You will also assist in maintaining an environment conducive to educational excellence and student success.

Other responsibilities will include tracking student progress, supporting after-school activities, collaborating with teachers in managing class behavior and order, and facilitating students' academic growth and development. Moreover, the role will require assisting students with individualized education programs and understanding their unique learning and emotional needs.

Job Requirements

Applicants will have a diploma in Education or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an educational setting, proficiency in English and Portuguese, and a strong knowledge of child development and learning strategies. Additionally, we value practical experience with learning diversity and special education.
