Tasks Description

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in guest services, ranging from warm welcomes to efficient bookings. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service at the Front Desk and via phone, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling of guest requests and problems
- Managing bookings and availability in our reservation system
- Working closely with other departments to ensure optimal guest experience
- Familiarizing the guests with property amenities and local attractions
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally to optimize satisfaction

Job Requirements

To join our team, candidates must possess:

- Background or ongoing studies in Hospitality or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work on various shifts, including weekends and holidays
