Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reservations through our booking system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Provide front desk support, including greeting guests, checking them in/out, and addressing their needs during their stay.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with efficiency and empathy, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and facilities are operational.
• Participate in promotional initiatives to enhance guest engagement and improve reservation processes.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
