Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

As a Reception/Reservations Intern, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will work closely with our front desk and reservations team to ensure that all guest inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and professionally.

Tasks Description

• Assist with daily operations at the front desk, providing concierge services to guests.
• Manage phone calls and email inquiries regarding reservations, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, maintaining guest records and information confidentiality.
• Support the reservations team in managing booking systems and updating availability.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
