Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting classroom activities.
• Prepare educational materials, including worksheets and interactive aids.
• Support individual students and small groups, helping to reinforce learning concepts.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding student needs.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in the planning and execution of educational outings and events.
• Facilitate communication between students, parents, and faculty.
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including assisting with behavioral management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; relevant qualifications in education or related fields are preferred.
• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with child safeguarding policies.
