Internship Description

The HR intern will primarily focus in supporting and enhancing the organization's HR functions. Through this role, interns will acquire first-hand knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, benefits administration, HRMIS data input and interpretation, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies. It is an opportunity to develop key professional skills, network with industry professionals and contribute to meaningful work that motivates and retains our most valuable asset - our people.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Prior experience in a Human Resources or office administrative role will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English is a must, knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HR systems is expected.
