Role Description

As an intern, the individual will have hands-on experience in Reception and Reservation services, learning directly from industry experts. Tasks involved includes:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Assisting in dining and room reservations.
• Providing support with daily administrative tasks and maintaining up-to-date information on room availability.
• Developing an understanding of handling customer queries, complaints and providing resolutions.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Job Requirements

Applicants for this internship should meet the following criteria:

• Must be enrolled in a university or college degree program relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Portuguese and English.
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally within the industry.
• A keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office programs and familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
