Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging English lessons tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
  • Prepare supplementary teaching materials and activities that enhance the learning experience.
  • Support students in their language development through one-on-one tutoring and group activities.
  • Facilitate conversational practice sessions to boost students' speaking and listening skills.
  • Help maintain a positive, encouraging classroom climate that promotes student participation.
  • Organize and engage students in cultural exchange activities, showcasing the diversity of English-speaking cultures.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and challenges to inform future lesson planning.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker; a degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and activities effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and fostering a love for language learning.
