Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing lessons in line with curriculum objectives.
• Provide individual support to students who need additional learning assistance.
• Organize and maintain teaching resources and supplies.
• Assist in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide input on student progress.
• Take part in school events and activities.
• Monitor student behavior in classrooms and during breaks.
• Providing feedback to students and parents.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Education or relevant field.
• Experience working in an educational institution.
• Excellent knowledge of child cognitive development and various learning styles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attitude that promotes respect, positivity, and patience within the classroom.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
