Position: Education / Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting educators and enhancing the learning experiences of our students. Under the guidance of classroom teachers, you will help to create an inclusive and engaging educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons and activities.
• Support students in their learning, including facilitating small group work.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special educational needs.
• Monitor and record student progress and observe classroom behavior.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement educational programs.
• Support the organization of school events and outings.

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Education or Child Development.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
