Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.

• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
• Help create a positive classroom environment by maintaining order and fostering good relationships among students.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve professional knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Degree in Education or relevant field; teaching assistant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience towards students of varying abilities.
• Proficient in using technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.
