Job Description:

We are proudly announcing a new vacancy for an English Teaching Assistant in our dynamic and diverse faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lead English teachers in designing lesson plans, delivering instructions, and evaluating student progress. Furthermore, the assistant will facilitate group activities and discussions, ensuring a conducive learning environment that encourages student participation. The teaching assistant will also contribute to creating educational materials and resources, grading assignments, organising classroom activities, and managing student behavior during class.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support lead teachers in lesson planning and classroom preparation.
- Facilitate English language learning through engaging activities and conversations.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and address educational needs.
- Assist in grading assignments and tests.
- Cultivate a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.

Job Requirements:

- A degree in English, Education, or related field.
- At least one year of experience in teaching English as a second language.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
