Job Description

The successful candidate will be actively involved in delivering specialized English language lessons while assisting lead teachers in lesson preparation and classroom management. This includes:

• Co-delivering tailored English language lessons.
• Integrating interactive activities to enhance language skills - reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Assisting teachers in curriculum design, lesson plans, and assessment development.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and student learning materials.
• Proactively participating in staff meetings, team building events, and professional development workshops.
• Providing constructive student feedback and assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.

Qualifications & Personal Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following:

• A bachelor's degree - preferably in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field. TESOL or TEFL certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience - ideally in a similar role as an English teaching assistant.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• A proactive and passionate approach towards teaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating both flexibility and creativity.
