• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations during events.
• Support the marketing team in developing promotional materials and social media content for upcoming events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will enhance event offerings.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements align with company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by liaising with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial tracking for events.
• Participate in post-event evaluations and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
