We are seeking an enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the lead teacher in delivering English lessons to students of various age groups and competency levels.
- Preparing teaching materials and aids to help students understand the lessons better.
- Assessing students' progress, grading assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Implementing an interactive teaching curriculum to engage students.
- Helping organise and taking part in school events, outings, and activities which promote language learning.
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certification is highly desired.
- At least a year of experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Portuguese or willingness to learn is preferential.
